Hiking Tenerife

We have created this resource to make it easier to find good hiking trails when you are in Tenerife for holiday. Some trails need good walking gear and plenty of water and food/snacks. We used a car to get to all the starting points as some these trails are far away hidden in the rural landscape. Some of the trails, especially near the sea can be reached by bus. Each starting point/parking have been marked by GPS coordinates for your convenience.

The island of Tenerife offers everything a hiker would want. Sea, forests, deserts, lava formations, lava flows, volcanoes, steep cliffs, canyons and much more.
